The state of Missouri recommends filing your Annual Registration Report online. They indicate that filing online is both easier and cheaper than filing by mail. To file online, you’ll need to go to the Business Services page on the Secretary of State’s website. From there, you’ll find a link titled, “File Annual Report Online.” To begin filing online, you’ll need to have your Charter Number on hand. Once you have entered the necessary information, you can pay the filing fee by using a credit card.

If you prefer to mail your report, you will want to find the link titled “Print Annual Report for Filing” on the Missouri Business Service page. Find your business and ensure that the information contained in the document is accurate. If you need to make any changes, you can do so in the form directly. Once complete, print and mail the form to the Secretary of State’s Office.
