How to File Your District of Columbia Secretary of State Business Report

There are two ways to fulfill the filing requirements in DC for your biennial report. The first is to handle the process yourself, while the second option is to let our team take care of the process for you so you can focus on other, more pressing issues.

If you file the report yourself, you’ll need to visit the DC Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs website and create an account or log into your existing one. Then, you must enter all information required on the form. This includes:
