Hawaii Business Annual Report FAQS

All businesses filing a report in Hawaii will pay the basic fee of $15, regardless if they are foreign or domestic. However, nonprofits and LPs will only have to pay $5 for their filing. Additionally, charities will pay based on their annual gross revenue.

The deadline is the last day of the quarter that your company was formed in, each year. That means that if your business was formed in November, you would have to submit a report by December 31 of each year.

LLCs and Corporations will have to pay $100 for every month that they are delinquent in filing. Other organizations will pay $25 per month, per partner. However, it’s important to remember that a business could be dissolved entirely if they fail to file for two years.

Hawaii has no initial report requirements.

Anyone who is authorized to do so may file the Hawaii annual report for your company each year.
